Key questions you might be asking

What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
Life coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative partnership designed to support clarity, self-awareness, and intentional growth. Unlike therapy, coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or focus on healing past trauma. Instead, it helps you explore where you are now, where you want to go, and how to move forward in alignment with your values.
Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for individuals who feel called to live a more meaningful, aligned, and authentic life. You may be navigating a life transition, feeling stuck or disconnected, questioning your purpose, or sensing a desire to reconnect with your true self and inner wisdom. You don’t need to have everything figured out—only openness, curiosity, and willingness to explore.
What happens during a coaching session?
Each session offers a safe, supportive space for reflection, clarity, and growth. Through thoughtful questions, presence, and guided self-inquiry, you’ll gain deeper awareness of your patterns, values, and inner resources. Sessions may include reflection exercises, mindset work, spiritual awareness practices, or gentle action steps aligned with your goals.
Do I need to be spiritual or religious to work with you?
No. Coaching is open to people from all backgrounds and belief systems. Spirituality in this space refers to self-awareness, inner wisdom, values, purpose, and connection—not a specific religion or doctrine. You are always free to define what spirituality means to you.
How long does coaching last & how many sessions will I need?

Coaching is a personal journey, and the length varies from person to person.
Some clients experience clarity in a few sessions, while others choose a longer-term partnership for
deeper integration and transformation.
We’ll explore what feels most aligned for you during a discovery call.

Is coaching confidential?
Yes. All coaching conversations are treated with respect and confidentiality, in accordance with professional coaching ethics, except where disclosure is required by law.
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Yes. Coaching sessions are offered virtually, and in-person sessions may be available depending on location and availability. Details will be discussed during your discovery call.
How do I get started?
To begin, you’ve to complete a short intake form on connect page. This allows me to better understand where you are in your journey, what you’re seeking & whether coaching together would be a supportive and aligned fit.

Once your responses are reviewed, you’ll receive a link to schedule a free discovery call if it feels like a good match. This process helps ensure that our time together is intentional, respectful & aligned from the very beginning.
